Driver amazing and helped me out in a pinch

We were stranded on the highway on a holiday and AAA recommended we use them. We had the van towed there in hopes they could look at it the next day. The service station was thankfully open for gas and the gentleman there was incredibly helpful. The next day when they opened we spoke to the manager and he kindly got our van in right away and they had it fixed by noon. They were awesome - highly recommend using them!
Thank you Jeff and Laura for the awesome review! We're glad AAA recommended us and that we were able to help you on a holiday. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and efficient repairs. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to see you again in the future!
I moved to the Okemos area around 1975 when The Woods family still owned Okemos Marathon and began having my cars serviced there. A lot has changed there over the years but one thing that hasn't is the trust I have in the service they provide. If anything, since the new ownership, my trust has gotten even stronger. If I can single one person out, it's Mike, the Service Manager. Any time I have a car problem, he quickly has it resolved. Beyond that, he warns me of potential problems and how I can take better care of my car to prevent them. Finally, he has gone above and beyond his regular job by helping me locate good cars for a charitable organization that donates them to people in need of the cars for work. Not only does he find them, he gives them a thorough inspection and takes care that they are sound mechanically. He is, in short. totally trustworthy in my opinion.
Hi John! Your loyalty and trust in our service means the world to us. We're thrilled to hear that you've had exceptional experiences, and we agree that Mike is an invaluable member of our team. Don worked on my classic car. He made the extra effort to protect the finish using a fender cover and cloth padding on the hoist arms.
